It is part of my life’s goal to help people find their purpose in life, to help them find their stories and the courage to express them freely.
I use mindfulness exercises, meditation training, Reiki healing and visualisation techniques. I regularly host meditation and mindfulness workshops and I also teach Reiki classes. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that helps you relax, heals your physical body and helps you build your confidence.
I also present and give regular talks about fearless freedom, about finding the courage to live your life the way that suits you.
